Who has a schedule I could follow to get a six pack asap?

I’m 5’8 and in pretty good shape, any help will be appreciated.

You must train consistently. I train consistently and have strong abs. The exercises I would recommend for ab strength and good shape would be to do squats and deadlifts. I would also hang off a pullup bar and try and touch the bar with your toes.
