How can I safely exercise while pregnant?

Answer #1

If you already exercised before you fell pregnant, then doing what you used to do (in moderation) should be fine. Slow jogging will be okay too. You should talk to your doctor or midwife about an exercise plan to suit your life and your body. Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking lots of water while exercising. Maybe you could find a group of women that are pregnant so you can all exercise together and do pregnancy-yoga etc. If you can’t find a group then why not start your own!

Answer #3

Renee gave an excellent answer. I also know that swimming/water aerobics are a good way to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy and is usually safe to do until very late into your pregnancy.
