You aren’t supposed to do any heavy lifting while pregnant. However, if you talk to your doctor, he/she can advise you on what exercises you can and can’t do. Everybody is different. If you are an active person already, running won’t harm the baby and is sometimes encouraged. But if you don’t already run, it’s not the best idea. You should talk to your doctor about an exercise program that is right for you.

Answer #2

It is good to stay active and exercise while pregnant.

Answer #3

Yes of course. You can excercise your entire pregnancy you just have to be more careful. Im 9 months and i still excercise, it helps with pregnancy cramps, bloating, weight, and even with delivery if you excercise and keep yourself somewhat active. Just dont overdo it…stop if you feel tired, stay hydrated, and dont do anything that causes you to jump or bounce too much or puts your stomach in danger. Light jogging, yoga, pilates, walking, swimming, etc are all great during pregnancy.

Answer #5

You should look into joining a prenatal exercise class. It’s a good way to exercise knowing that what you are doing is alright for the baby, and it’s a good way to meet other pregnant women!

Answer #6

You can have sex at 9 months if you’re doctor says it’s ok and your water hasn’t broken. It is said to be a good labor inducer.
