Ruptured cyst

So I used to have a big problem. When I would get my period I would be in huge amounts of pain that I wuld be sick to my stomach and I would hurt really bad to the point where I’d cry. When I would go to the bathroom I felt like there wus a lot of pressure on my ovaries/pelvis, at random times id have a pain down there. When I had sex it would give me a huge headache and it would hurt really bad not inside but more up a little underneathe my stomach. My last period I got it early that day when I wasnt supposed to, it was really bad that anything I took wouldnt make the pain go away. A few days after that when I went to my genocologists to see if my cyst was still there they sayd that it was gone. Since the pain I had in my last period was worse that usual, could it be possible that my cyst ruptured? I no longer have any of those problems except I sitll have someone painful periods.

I had a cyst rupture, and had none of those symptoms. I thought I was having an apendix attack… and turns out I had a cyst rupture.
