I ruptured a ovarian cyst and have some questions..

Alright.. I have a medical question to ask. On the 21st of this month (April) I fell from my apartment stairs (slipped and fell down 18 stairs) that was around 12pm that day and I went on with my business because I had things to do. I was cramping up in my abdominal area and my back hurt but I took it as I was just going to be sore, ya know? So, it wasn’t til around 6pm that I was in so much pain I could not hardly even walk. Well, I had to wait til 9pm when my fiance gets off so that I could go to the hospital and so I went. Come to find out with ct scan and other tests, I have back sprain and ruptured cyst. My question is, it’s now sunday the 26th of this month (April) and I have an appointment monday with a gyno. It hurts still but I was curious if I should be really worried or not? The hospital sent me home to rest but I can’t it hurts more to rest then to do things to take it off my mind. My other question is that they did take a pregnancy test at the hospital that came up negative but that morning I had sex so could I be pregnant from when the cyst ruptured? Oh, and I have been tested and have dyslpacia and have to have colostopys and so I do have ovarian cysts. If anyone knows I would TRULY appreciate any advice, opinions, experience stories, so on.. just nervous to find out what might be going on and if I have waited to long. Thank you.. DADVICE09
