Is there a way to relieve soreness within a couple of hours?
Basketball tryouts started Monday. I didn’t go yesterday because I was too sore. And I really want to go today, but I’m still sore! My legs and arms hurt so bad. Is there a way I can relieve the soreness within a couple hours or is there a way I can lessen the pain? Last day of tryouts start in a couple hours. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I’d take Tylenol… and stretch lightly before going (:
What made you sore? If it was overuse of your muscles, try a hot shower or bath. If it’s a chronic soreness, do NOT use heat; try a cold shower or icepacks instead. Katie’s suggestions could help, too.
