Im trying to clean my system of thc within the next few hours. I've been smoking for quite a while. So anything will work
niacin is supposed to work in large quantities, like enough to make you feel like a sun burn.. the itch and burn means toxins are being releeased from your body..no pain no gain they say.., I've not tried it personally but its all over the net and I;ve heard it from people..,something like 5 hundred to 1000 mg in a day or something..,if you type in " niacin flush " youi'll get better ., more educated answers.
well if youv been smoking for a while it will be even harder for you to get thc out of your system id say drink a lot of water and cranberry juice or gatorade...but dude you are not going to get clean in the next few hours even if you tried, if your taking a piss test then id would ask somone for there pee if there clean.
Sorry...if you're having a drug screen, and they are looking for THC, you're not going to pass...time is the only reliable way to clean the system...
