What are these red dots on my hands and nose?

I have red dots on my hands and one on my nose . I thought they were broken blood vessels, but the one I have on my face has been there for about 4-5 years, and the ones on my hands maybe 3-4 years. Their very red in the middle, and then lighter around the edge. They’re not very big and almost look like pimples. Any idea what these might be/ how to get rid of them?

I think you should go see a dermatologist who can help you determine what these “red dots” are. It could be as simple as a mild skin condition that can be treated with antibiotics. :]
