white dots on my hands

hi I have found litlle white dots with brown dots in them on the palms of my hand I went to the doctor and he gave me steroif cream and moisturiser he didnt know what it was it went away but it is coming back again :( . people say it may be allergys ? what is it as its really annoying can be itcchy and then my skin peelsits not good .

It sounds like it could be contact dermatitis. You should look at the kinds of soaps you use and detergents you wash your clothes with. I experienced this once because the hand soap and laundry detergent I used was scented.
