Why do I have small red dots all over my body?

I have small red dots on my arms, back, and chest. I’ve had them for years and has not gone away since. Yes, I’ve been to the doctor didn’t say anything but said to use dove soap, which did not help at all. Now she is saying I have to lose weight to lose these small red dots. My brother is avg size and he also has it for years. What could this be? How do I get rid of it? And it is HARDLY itchy.

my sister has it on her arms, and I’m starting to get it on my back (I call it bacne because to me it looks like pimples) but with my sis, she went to the doctor and he gave her some gross cream, but it hasn’t done anything! so I need help too. what the hell, the doctors don’t know what it is, or can only tell us it’ll go away with time? maybe it’s sun damage

It’s the same with me!!! I don’t know why either, but my doctor told me to do the exact same thing… I don’t know why either.. But It’s on my upper legs, chest, and upper arms. It’s so stupid. What do we do?
