Sore Red Rash under nose and above lips

I got this really sore red rash around my nose from using toilet paper for blowing my nose and not using tissues. I have a cold , and I have a rash above my lip and one under my nose. is there any home remedies to get rid of it, I dont want to go out buying stuff. mum is getting better tissues, with aloe vera in it. please help me!!!

I put shaving foam on my one of them and it stopped it hurting

Rashes are inflammations of the skin.. dab the area with a cloth soaked in cold water to soothe the inflammation.

I put shaveing foam on my sore nose and it stopped hurting it felt a bit stiff tho and my nose and lip was all white. I had the idea because on the tin it said it moisturize’s and I thought it would be the right thing for that part of my body as that is where shaveing foam goes. I think that it was probably the same thing wrong with your nose as my nose
