Green smoothie diet!!! Work great you can look up green smoothies online (most are not green but some are) they are called that because it is a healthy smoothie! You can make up your own. Here is one you can try that i made up 1 bag of frozen mix berries 2 cut up bananas 1 cup of non fat yogert 2 choped up correts! Works great IF YOU GO ON THIS DIET YOU MUST go to the store and get vitamins!!!! You still need yo exercise though you can start eating hole food again in 2 to 3 weeks, if you crave something hot eat some oatmail!!! DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!! I knew someone who lost 15 pound in 3 weeks off this! and someone else lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks! Hope i helped :)

If losing weight is what you have in mind, I’m sorry to burst your bubble and tell you that there’s no such thing as losing weight in one region. When you exercise, you burn fat in all the regions of your body, you can’t just target one area. However, if what you’re seeking to do is tone and define your core, do sit ups, push ups, burpies, side to sides (where you sit in a sit up posistion and angle yourself to about 30 degres and twist your core from side to side maintaing a straigt back), ohhh planks are good! It works for me, and I’ve been told planks are the best workout to get out those abs ;) do 5 reps increasing about 30secs per rep and taking 10sec breaks in between reps. Do this 3 times per day, you’ll feel your core taking shape and hardning in about 2 weeks!
