thats what I want to know please give sum answers quickly but I think if u stop eating thats better just eat fruit when your hungry and drink plenty of water thats what im doing now and I have lost loadz of weight im now a size 10 but wana get to 6 or 8.

bellydance to get a smaller waist 10 minutes a day and drink water or organic/real green tea. having a small waist is easy to maintain if you have a pear or hourglass shape. to get smaller arms lift weights or canned goods 10 minutes a day. to get thick thighs, lol, eat west indian food, imao, or run up a fight of stairs to build up leg muscle. other than than that accept yourself for who you are. if you forget about what flaws you think you have or want to fix, you might not realize it right away, but you might get what you want! good luck.

2xchiin, I hate to break it to you but I doubt youll ever get down to a size 0. im a size 9 and I’ve gone on all sorts of hardcore diets and excersize plans and the lowest I dropped was to a size 7. Sometimes the way your body is built interferes with what you want.. but hey men like women with curves, so stop trying to reach a goal you might never make. Also- waist lines also tend to be largely based on your genetics. There was a time I didnt do anything healthy and I still had a tiny waist. Its not fair, I know, but it seems as if everyone wants what they dont have. Just learn to accept your body and maybe you wont feel that you don’t look right..

thats what I wanted to know aswell…im a size 8 wanting to be size 0. my mum said that to get an even thinner waist you have to bend sideways both side 10 times each every day…and I have thick thighs from doing sports…such as netball, tennis, badminton, rounders, basketball and running (marathons…)however I dn’t like my thighs…and I have a thin face bacause I don’t eat much meat or sweets or milk and light chocolate…BUT here’s my biggest secret…if I’m hungry I just drink loads of water…or eat DARK chocolates…help you to go thinner…but you might not like the taste… hoped that helped…

do the g r a p e fruit diet. it’s easy, you’re never hungry and you lose weight fast. you go on for 12 days, off for 2, until you’ve reached your goal. breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 cup gf j u i c e or 1/2 g r a pe fruit (no sugar) lunch: any size any kind of salad, any kind and as much meat as you want, any kind of dressing, and 1/2 cup gf j u i c e or 1/2 g r a p e fruit (no sugar) dinner: same as lunch - or - as many red and green veg as you like cooked in butter or however you like, as much and any kind of meat as you like, and 1/2 cup gf j u i c e or 1/2 g r a p e fruit. seriously, it works. you don’t lose anything for the first 5 days and then it just falls off. i’ve lost 4 inches in 19 days. good luck!
