Small waist?

I have a lot of fat around my waist, I’m desperate for a small waist I want a cute shape! What is the quickest way to get a small waist? Even if it’s extreme.

you will start to lose pounds and then gain more, which won’t be fat it will be muscle

Muscle ways more than fat

Basically just do some swimming, bike riding, running and crunches

The fastest way to get a small waist is to eat small portions of lean protein, vegetables and fruits, six times per day, in very small amounts. That way your metabolism is always working to burn the food and you never end up storing some of the extra you eat as fat.

THEN, you need to exercise. Run, walk, or do similar cardio for a minimum of 30+ minutes per session, six times a a week at most. Each session starts burning fat at 30 minutes, so if you can do 60 minutes per session, you’ll burn a TON more fat than if you quit at the 31 minute mark.

If you do those things, your waist should shrink by a few inches every week.
