I need help with my weight

im 14 years old. at 5ft 7 im 100 pounds I noe im underwieght. im trying gain weight but in a healthy way please HELP ME!!! I play hockey, swim and play soccer

For your height and age, you need to consume 2800 calories a day to be healthy but to gain weight you must consume 3000-3200 calories a day eat lots of meat, chicken and porteins ok lots of dairy products lots of fruits and vegetables and lots and lots of grains. at least 11 servings of grains and you can lift weights to get strong

Eat lots of protein, such as meat, and beans. Veggies and fruits are good too. You want to gain weight, but healthy. Eat three times a day in average portions.

man dont worry your only 14, the best advice I can give you right now is to eat a lot, but make sure its healthy food, like fish, chicken, nuts, fruits, vegetables, olive oils, dont drink pop, drink plenty of water milk and orange juice. Make sure your keeping in shape and doing those workouts I told you to do in the other advice thing. Its all mental, if you want it bad enough youll get it. If you give up easy then say goodbye. When your around 16 and 17 then start getting into bodybuilding and youll bulk up, bur for now just stick to what im telling ya
