The argument “all my friends do it” never works (ecspecialy when you want to get that bb gun) so try explaining to your mom in a mature way that you want it for the same reason you wanted an earing. Because your old enough to understand to the beauty of the world and you want to look good even though it’s just under your shirt, guess why people want to have beautiful skin (even though it’s just under your shirt) because every human being wants to look great and be up to date. If all your friends have bellyrings then it means that that’s being up to date. Tell your mom that you will be more attractive and that will help you with you relationship with your boyfriend (ecspecialy when your in your bathing suit). Tell your mom that you want to do it in honor of a loved one or for your birthday (that’s too long of a wait huh!).

If you still can’t convince her then DO IT anyway because you want to do it! Good luck & look sexy!

well dont get it just because all your freinds are…because the belly button ring will start to sag and grow out a bit with age as well as growing out a bit to a lot while your young because your body iis still growing if you really want it (not just because all your freinds have it) then say to your mum that youd really like it and like to be safe about it and go to a profeshional

wait till you are 18 when you don’t have to have their permition. I am sure that waiting till you are 18 sounds like forever, and just not an option, but in realiity its not that long, and you may change your mind by then. Sometimes if you just tell your parents that you respect their decision not to let you get one, and then ask in a year their mind might change when they see how you matured. Whatever you do don’t get one without their permition it will just cause distrust within the relationship and it will make it hard to gain that trust back.
