What type of bellybutton ring is the best for getting it pierced?
Im getting my bellybutton pierced soon, but I dont know what type if ring is the best to get it done with. Like stainless steel rings or something?
well I prefer stainless stal and make sure its not a dangly one so it doesnt get cought and rip.. it hurts
In my opinion the stainless steel captive bead ring is the best. It’s not easily taken out so you will not be tempted to take it out. If and when I become a piercer I will probably only use those.
Usually when you get it peirced, at a tattoo place or something they usually have the belly rings there.but stainless steel is the one that they use.
Professional piercing places and tattoo parlors usually will pierce it with stainless steel. It’s a metal that people generally don’t have allergic reactions to, so they use that. It’s possible to get it done with silver or gold or something else but that usually has to be pre-ordered. Whatever works best for your body is what you should use, and if you don’t know then stainless steel is the safe bet.
Also you should get it done with the curved barbell. They’re best to use for healing. Some places offer using a ring, but it’s not smart to use that…
