The story is told in Matthew 14:25-33, Mark 6:47-52, and John 6:19-21. Matthew’s version is the one that has Peter joining Jesus on the water.

oh I was just wondering about the story because im not sure how it goes…haha. sometimes I forget to state the question more clearly. sorry. ^_^

I was offended thanks. I gave my opion on the subject and then was told I NEED Jesus. I have just the same right to respond to this questoion as everyone else.

It’s been a long time since I read the bible, but I think there was something like that. Peter lost focus and turned away from God, and that’s why he sank.

yeah, I dont know exactly what your question is, but peter and his friends were in a boat when a really bad storm hit, Jesus came walkin on the water and had peter to walk out to him, peter obeyed but as he took his eyes off of Jesus he began to sink, but as soon as he put his eyes back on Jesus, he was able to walk and rise back up its a way to show that if you take your eyes off of jesus and focus on the world, you will “sink” until you get your eyes back on him

Jesus I need Jesus>? explain to me why I need a man that lived over 2000yesrs ago, woh’s divinity was desided years after his death. Why Jesus when there were many profits before during and after his life, explain to me why I need a man that would send a good man to hell for not believeing in him yet let a rapest or cold blooded killer in to heaven for accepting him in the last hours of life. why do I need a man that the only “proof” of his divinity is a 2000 year old book “written by man”? No I dont need Jesus and I dont ned you telling me I do!
