Why did my permit expire only after 5 months?
Why didn’t it happen to anyone else I know?
Do you live in the USA? If so, driving regulations are governed by each state. Check and see your state’s regulations regarding permit expiration dates. It doesn’t make sense that your permit expires in a shorter amount of time than your friends. It might be worth it to just call or go to your local DMV office and ask them what’s going on.
Yes, I am in the USA. California to be specific. The DMV said I needed to retake the permit test in order to get back my permit…but I’d only need it for one more month. Everyone else did not have this problem. If this is a policy, it sprang out of nowhere. And feels very unfair that it should start like this without warning.
that also gonna happen with me in october. if ur under 17 ur permit expires.
Best get that signature, and return it to the DMV.
