Obsessive Excersise

Is it normal to exersise loads to lose weight - I mean like obsessively. I do sit ups in bed, infront of the tv and in the mornings. I also do 7 hours of sport a week, is this normal or does this mean I have a problem?

As above. If you feel it is obsessive then you know its not normal. You should only do exercises 3 times a week or at least every other day. Sit ups tone up the stomach muscles. You will burn out if you don’t have rest days inbetween.

I wish people weren’t so obessessed with dieting and exercise.. i blame the media.

it sounds like #1 ur obsessed with changing ur outter appearance(low self-esteem)…btw u look great so get over that bs and #2 ur addicted to adrenalyn(a natural release caused by heavy exercise) many atheletes enjoy this “natural high”…me too

7 hours a week is not an obsession a at all. at my boarding school we have to do 2 hours every single day, plus that do early morning and late gym sessions for 45 mins. thats if u r on the hockey squad : ) and also why i weigh 100k wehhh xxx

as long as u eat i am the same way u may have OCD i have it nd thats y plus i used 2 be anorexsic so thats y 2 do u eat

obsession = not normal

You know you exercise obsessively, so try to be less so.
