Nutrition and libido
Hello, I have the following question. I love sports and am working out regularly. In order to keep my body trimmed and lean I am extremely cautious what I eat. I suppose I am almost cutting off fats and carbs. I observed that whenever I am dieting my libido goes down and I have problems with getting an erriction. As soon as I ditch the diet everything is back to normal. What nutrition am I depriving my body of that is having a positive affect on my sexual performance?Dan
