How can I lose 40lbs without diet pills?

I have tried many diets, but only things that seems to work for me are diet pills. However and about 2 months I have to give them up because my heart rate begins to speed up. Afterwards the weight comes back. I need to find a diet that I will stick to without going astray. Also I do not eat many sweet so that is not my problem. I will take any suggestions!! Help, Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first thing to do is get on a tredmill and walk it off. I’m sure that you have heard 20 to 30 minutes for 3 days a week. No!! Don’t listen to that!! Try 1 hour a day for 3 to 5 days a week on the tredmill. you will see and get results within 30 days. Instead of drinking sodas or diet sodas, try drinking water with your meals. I did NOT use any diet pills. I joined a fitness center with no fitness trainer. They only take your money and keep you coming back. I got on that tredmill & walked 20 minutes,then ran 5 minutes, then walked 15 minutes, ran 5 minutes, then walked it out until my hour was complete. I’m always working and taking care of home. I just made the choice to take 1 Hour out of my busy schedule for some ME time, and went to the gym. I lost over 50lbs in less than 6 months, by doing just that. Good Luck to you.

It’s possible. You COULD lose this much weight, only it won’t happen overnight, because remember, it took month, maybe even years to gain, so be patient. Secondly, instead of promising yourself that you’ll get started with your weight loss next monday, why don’t you just start now? Don’t mke a trail of broken promises because you’ll only be left feeling disheartened and a failure. So just DO IT! :) Obviously, you need to fix or change eating habits. Ask yourself, is what you’re eating healthy? Is it doing anything useful to my body? You should aim to eat protein, vegetables and fruit, SOME fats (but not a lot at all), carbs and dairy. You should ALWAYS stick to low fat varieties in the dairy and fat sections. Also, drink loads of water-sure, It’ll get boring and you won’t want to drink plain fluid every day, however, it does help as I lost weight by literally just drinking water, eating healthy, limiting how much I consume and joining the gym (: and by the way, you want to aim for CARDIO as it helps burn fat and quickly. You’ve probably heard what I’ve just said all before, but believe me, you won’t get there if you don’t do something about it. Take my advice-if you wanna succeed, don’t f**k it up! (:
