As long as you are burning more calories then you have intaken you will lose weight

yes just excercise to burn more than the calories you eat.

that’s vey helpful info’ KINPIPPIN. althought it might not work for everyone, cause it depends on your metabolism/BMR and calorie intake. I want to lose about 42lb. so if I did 10,000 steps per day and no food reduction I could lose that 42lb in 1yr 2.5 mth. of course for me that wouldn’t work, it would prob’ take 2x that length of time!

WELL ALL THEY HAVE ON “TV” IS THEM PILLS THAT YOU COULD TAKE, BUT I SAY THOSE ARE KINDA RISKY, NOT THAT I TRIED THEM, I DONT WANT TO TRY THEM BUT I DONT KNOW

Buy a pedometer that counts how many steps you walk,I just have and found im walking everywhere as I want to reach my aim of 10,0000 steps a day{goverment guildlines} If you make the 10,0000 per day without dieting alone you can expect to lose 1lb every ten days thus being 35lb per year!!! happy walking
