How to lose weight without a fad diet?

I need some good advice on how to lose 20 lbs by april 7th @ keep it of. Please no fad diets that will just make me gain the weight back.

prkswllflwr is right. eating the frequent small meals will boost your metabolism, as will the water and exercise. it’s all about cutting calories and exercising while keeping the metabolism high.

get a gym membership and go at least every other day for an hour. it helps a lot.

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

sounds like good advice. whats a example of a small meal? Just so yall know im not obese or anything.Just want to look good in a bikini by spring break
