Well hun im dealing with same prob. Dont we all. Well id try to keep away from food, go over to friends houses that way you wont be tempted as much && you cant just grab somthing out of their fridge. Try to do things that distract you .. that keep your mind off food. For me its myspace && a bunch of other stuff on the computer && the whole thing im talking about here is crash dieting. Just dont eat anything the whole day except when you get really hungry that day just promise yourself youd only eat like one thing thats like 100 calories of less. After a while your stomach just gets use to not getting much food && it doesnt bother you anymore =] && excersize with friends or by yourself will really help. && after you lost the desired weight.. then go back to eating abit more but very small amounts like 500 cals a day && excersize off what you ate. Hope ive helped alls i can say is it worked for me. You just need to be VERY determined.
Mandy said something about going on myspace and computer related things to keep her from eating. Well, if she’s trying to lose weight as well.. that’s not a good way to do it. This is what I do: every time I have an urge to eat, I go outside and walk up the block. Hunger cravings are badd and hard to ignore, but really, if you do something productive like walking or listening to music.. or both.. they go away in about 10 minutes. Maybe drink something like a glass of milk. Healthy and filling. Just try to do something active when avoiding those cravings. Then you’d be killing two birds with one stone.
