how many days does it take to lose 25 pound?

ok! I am a person who eat healthy, but too much healthy food. exercise a lot. Eat a lot when I am stress but don’t realize what I am eating until I gain weight. I really want to lose at least 25 pound, which is very difficlty for me. what should I do?

I suppose you should be safe. I know about crash diets. I went for a long time with a problem of anorexia. For a long time I had a 500 calorie days no more then that I worked out all day and night. burning more then I ate I lost 25lbs in like 2 weeks or less. its nasty so just work out like crazy

work out HARD. til your body feels like it cant take it. and STOP eating too much! you should be able to lose 5–10 lbs every 7 days if you healthy

you could do a juice fast and loose 25 ponds in 25 days wich I think your capable of doing it since you eat healthy so when your done doing it you can be able to maintain that weight and wont gain it back. I did it in october for two weeks and lost 18 pounds but thats just me and you wont have to ecxercise lol but it is guranteed to loose at least one pound every day…

Whatever you do, don’t fast! It’s a quick solution, but the weight comes back as soon as you start eating again. And in reality, losing 5-10 pounds in a single week is dangerously unhealthy. The maximum you should be losing a week is 4 tops, but the best is 2-3. Anything more and you start to yo-yo.

25 pounds is a lot of weight to lose, but on average it could take anywhere from ONE MONTH TO TWO.

First, look at your diet. You eat healthy, but you eat a lot. Simplest thing to do is count your calories. Learn how many calories you NEED!
A good formula is the Basal Energy Expenditure. BEE=665+9.6W+1.7H-4.7A. (Where W is weight in kg, H is height in cm, and A=age.) 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds 1 inch = 2.54 inches

Take that number and subtract 500, and there is your daily caloric intake. Divide these calories up between 6 small meals a day.

The next part is exercise. Cardio, cardio, and strength training. I know it seems weird that building muscle helps to lose weight, but the more muscle you have, the easier it is to burn fat and lose weight. Try for a minimum of 1/2 an hour of cardio 3 days a week minimum, but I would suggest every day.
