What exercises can I do to lose at least 25 pounds?

I really wanna lose 25 pounds in at least a month or 2. Do you know any. If you do please tell me I really wanna get this weight off fast…thx

Exercise a lot and cut out sweets including soda, fried foods, and any white food. That includes potatoes, macaroni, rice, corn, and bread. Eat lean meats, vegatables (no butter or cheese), and fruit. Watch out for salad dressing as most of them are loaded in fat. Go with a vinegar based dressing. The more you work out the more food you will need/want so just make sure it is the right food. If you don’t eat then you won’t have the energy to work out. And never drink the sport drinks.

Losing weight is all about calories in and calories out. You can lose weight by exercising in pretty much any form as long as you are burning more calories than you are eating. (And don’t stop eating, because that’s just unhealthy).

Here’s some inspiration to help you get to burning those calories:

  • walk
  • jog
  • ride a bicycle
  • kayak
  • rock climb
  • jump rope
  • box
  • play soccer
