How can I lose 10lbs in a week?

please i am 13 and weight almost 135 pounds how do i loose at least 10 with in a week?

You need to eat healthy foods, like whole grain cereal, rice, pasta and breads. Eat alot of veggies, steamed or fresh. Fruit is a greant snack, use it instead of chips, or and cakes and cookies. And choose lean cuts of meat, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, and loin type meats. A serving of meat is only 3 oz., the size of an open palm or deck of cards, You need to watch portion control, read nutritional labels and stick to one serving size. Cut out fast foods and all fatty foods, as well as all presweetened drinks, like soda and drink lots of water throughout the day. A healthy diet and steady weight loss of no more than 3 pounds a week, will give you permanent weight loss, anyone can lose weight fast but generally it’s just water loss and that can be quiclky regained.

stay off of junk food and try to eat salads and also watch your calory intake …it wont be one week but you will notice a change in like 2 weeks or so
