Uh…you can only lose 10 pounds in a week if you are totally anorexic and bulemic. Are you crazy? Are you serious?!
You only have one body and one life. If you want to lose 10 pounds…and you CANNOT lose it in one week without seriously harming your body… You have to get out and walk at least 30 minutes every day No Matter What. … stop eating junk food and eat real food like fruits (organic if possible), vegetables (organic if possible) and WHOLE grains (organic if possible) that are not deep fried, fast food. No processed foods like white bread, bleached wheat, pasta, sandwich meats, micro waved meals, etc. Figure it out.
It is not Rocket Science. And guess what there is no magic pill AND… the older you get, the harder it gets. There are no quick fixes or easy ways out. Just do it, or lay on your butt and get fat, sick and die young. Period.
You could cut down on your calories. Consume 600-800 a day by eating things such as lots of fruits and vegies, chicken and tuna. or you could try an extreme (fad) diet such as the Cabbage Soup one or the Lemon Detox.. It is possible. You just have to put your mind to it. If you want it that bad than you’ll succeed! Hope it helps and please update with yor progress

seriouly that is sooo unhealthyjust try to loose like 2 to 3 lbs a week it will be off in like 3 weeks
the only way ta lose 10 pounds in a week is to not eat and excersise loadzz. x
people are such idiots. do the cabbage soup diet , don’t cheat, 7 days and you’ll lose atleast 8 lbs. try it out.
