My daughter is almost 12 sore breasts

wise up of course its common they hurt like hell when there growing!!!

When my daughter reaches that age, I’m just going to tell her to stop it.

im 13 and my breasts strting growing lst year I found out that my breast buds are growing its like a round hard circle under your nipple. I didnt panick me and my mum just went to the doctor

It is common in puberty, tenderness and slight swollenness, mainly because of fluctuating hormones and breasts getting bigger.

Now is the ideal time to get her some bio-oil to put on her breasts to make sure that she doesn’t end up with stretch marks from growing.

Also she’ll benefit from exercise and a good bra, (a proper fitting sports bra is perfect if it is sore all the time)

you shouldn’t be concerned, it’s common in puberty for breast tenderness to happen;;juss like when you get a period, your breasts feel tender. it’s all apart of her becoming a young lady !! I started puberty when I was 11..so you def have nothing to worry about. :)

As old as I am, I can still remember how sore my little boobies were, when puberty first hit. Perfectly normal.
