Depends what you want them to do. Lunges are renowed for toning the inside thighs. So if this is what you are using them for then yes, they work. I’ve been trying them a bit recently but I keep forgetting to do them but I still think they’ve made a slight difference. To be honest it will depend on your metabolism and your muscles as to how long it will take to show and also YOU are less likely to notice but it will be other people that notice. But it would probably take somewhere around a week if you do them everyday. Hope this helped x
