not lunges?

whats the best way to lose weight off the thighs if doing lunges just builds muscle and tones them?? I want to lose at least 5-7 pounds off my thighs in like 2-3 weeks…any suggestions???

how many lunges did you do?? and how long did you run for?? you did it everyday?? how long did it take until you saw a difference??

well, this worked for me, lunges and running does just tone your legs, but doesnt help them lose weight if you are still eating the same. if you eat healthier and run/lunges, you will tone and lose weight.
