Lunges

Hi, im trying to lose weight off my thighs and I’ve been doing lunges for the past 2-3 weeks. I dont know why but I cant see a difference. I do it until it hurts and then the next day my legs are always killing me. People say you lose weight fast when youre young and im only 17 so I cant understand why I still didnt see any results. How long until I do? And what am I doing wrong??

doing your lunges every day untill they hurt will build muscle. which is good but you need to burn the fat around it with running, rollerblading or hiking. get out there and start being active . lunges just wont do it.

you should do some elyptical with a high incline for 30-45 minutes. this always makes a difference I can tell in my thighs.

Well babe contrary to popular belief theres no such thing as spot training.If you wan to see this pounds shed you have to work the entire body. Spot training only works on idiot muscles like forearms & calves. So get to excercising!!! youll see results.
