What are filling low calorie foods?

any meals or snacks that are low in calories and sat fat and carbs which is filling small and tasty? and no meat or fish as veggie:):) x

home made salsa and tortilla chips (low fat) fresh chilli fresh spring onion fresh red or yellow pepper 1 clove of garlic fresh tomato black pepper. 1 teaspoon olive oil blend it all then enjoy. this is a very healthy snax.

dont buy readymade meals, there full of crap. make food from scratch, eat smaller portions and choose lean meats, beef chicken. grill things like sausages bacon poach egg dont fry. I started a healthy plan and lost 2lb in 4days.

I’m vegetarian too and I like:

For Meals: Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones have roasted veggie and 4 cheese pizzas that taste GREAT, and they all are low cal (310-360) and 5-7g of fat. That is a great thing to eat ALONE for lunch. Very low cal meal. …Also Lean Pockets 4 Cheese Pizza Pockets have 7g of fat and 300 cals. Another good choice alone for a meal.

mock meats (Morningstar chick patties, corn dogs, grillers), with hamburger buns They aren’t low carb, but that doesn’t really matter if they are all low fat and low cal.

veggie sushi, rice, miso soup, roasted potatoes with a little olive oil and seasoning, grilled cheese sandwich (whole grain w/ 2% lowfat cheese…about 250 cals, and if you want to put a little margarine or butter on the bread, that’s about 350 cals.)

Subway veggie sub w/ cheese, (around 350 cals)

Snack/ Meal: Oatmeal (130), 90 Cal Quaker Chewey Granola Bars, bananna w/ a little bit of peanut butter, tortilla chips (a few) and salsa, Lesser Evil Choco & Kettle popcorn, fat free pudding.

Type in google and find negative calorie foods supposedly it takes more calories to digest it then the actual food has in itself so if this is for dieting go with those =]

All of these foods are ten calories or under ;D

2 potato chips, 3 small tomatoes, 1 amaretto cookie, 1 slice of an orange,1 and a half almonds, 1 cup of popcorn, 3 grapes, 3 m&m’s, 1 long piece of celery, 2 olives, 4 goldfish(chips), 5 tictacs, 42 pieces of ceerio’s, 1 tiny piece of salame (small), 1/6th of an apple

Okay I know this is kinda weird, but chocolate milk, my friend has this chocolate milk thing thats indian, and one small cup and you are really full, and its healthy, I dont know whats it’s called but that kinda fills me up fast, and I don’t get full easily
