filling foods

does anyone know any low sugar/calories foods or snacks that fill you up quickly? Like so that you dont eat much after that?

complex carbs like anything with oatmeal. If I eat my breakfast of oatmeal in the morn with fruit - it keeps me going till dinner. Also, eat lots of fruits - pears and apples

just eat fruits or vegetables. they’’re healthy and depending on what you eat it can really fill you up.
