lose 2st 2Ibs before april steadily and easily. how???

I’m 14 and 5”2 and weigh 10st 3Ibs. I am not obese but overweight and I’m a size 14!!! slowly I would like to lose 2st so I’m nr 8st which is normal for a girl of my height and age as I’ve asked my health and social care teacher. is there anyway I can lose weight without exercising because I’m busy. I go to school at 8am in the morning and leave a 3pm and then I work 4 days a week in my auntie’s cafe nr my house till 6:30pm but I have to clean up and wash up so I get home about 7pm. I then have my tea. I try 2 exercise later liuke 7:30pm but don’t seem to lose any weight. is there any easy way to steadily but noticeably lose weight so in the first few weeks I notice a difference???

Wow, that was my plan! I am amazed, My plan was to loose 2 stone by april and I was just saying over and over again in my head eight by april, eight by april and already I’ve lost 7lbs. I think the best thing is determination and stamina, I too haven’t got much time, but I make time if I’m going to school then I’ll choose to walk or jog. If I’m going to work then instead of getting a ride or the bus I’d walk. It’s really helped me and hopefully it will help you too. I’ve also been watching what I put in my mouth like if I eat too much sugar and fatty foods then I’ll know that I need to push myself further with the excersize. Im sorry if this didnt help you, but I hope it does.

well hun… it depends on how long you work out and it also depends on your diet because you could eat a double cheeseburger and work out for 10min you wont lose weight that way… try working out for an half an hour and watch what you eat. if you cant get healthier food than make the amount of of food. soo instead of eating a bag of chips eat a half a bag or even better eat an apple instead I know a lot about working out and eating healtiy so if you have questions funmail me
