if I stick to this I could lose 7 poundsby april 17th?

So…im excercising every day I have my own gym so I spend about an hour or so in there on the treadmill and weight traiing on my stomach but im also drinking 8 pints of water a day a cut down on coke, I go running outside like uphill too, do you think if I stick to this I could lose 7 poundsby april 17th?

Well, you sound like you don’t need to lose any weight anyway but, you diet sounds balanced, a lot more than most people’s (including myself), and you don’t suffer from any health problems that would stop you from achieving your goal, sooo I expect you could lose it, just keep working hard, and keep eating a balanced diet… and tada… few weeks time and you will be seven pounds lighter!

Well, by all of the exercise you are doing, yes, and all of the water that you are drinking, yes, but what is the rest of your diet like, is it balanced, are you eating enough, are you eating too much, or you could be eating too much of the wrong thing…

But I would say that you could, if you carry on like this and if you are having a balanced diet.

I have special k for breakfast, a salad wrap most days for lunch with a pure orange juice and normally a proper meal always with vegetables for dinner and all that water in between, sometimes I will have a slice of cake, im on 5 tablets a day for an ear infection and migraines but they havnt affected my weight, but all in all im quite healthy

also im about 5”5 5”6 and 134 pounds so even 4 pounds would make a difference
