How can I lose 2000 calories a day easily?

I’m 5’2” and 143 pounds I know I’m overweight. I want to get down to 115 but I don’t seem to burn enough calories a day!!! How can I burn 2000 calories without over exercising?

y do you wanna be that small? just get tune and you be just as good, why would you wanna be skinny and breakable, plus your fine the waay you r now. just eat healthy and eat right and jog or workout or whatever

why on earth do you want to lose 2000 cals a day? cut down to eating about 1500 a day, exercise a bit (you need to lose about 500 cals through exercise) and you’ll lose 2-3 pounds a week, and in 2-3 months you’ll be down to your goal weight… and you wont have starved yourself, and you’ll likely keep it at that range…
