How to lose weight by April?

I really need to lose weight by april. I’ve been jogging, doing squats and cardio. I’ve even been packing salads for school lunches. I really don’t think it’s working. what else can I do??? help please.

Well it’s a really good start and props to you on losing weight smart. Here are some tips you can try because it seems you are only doing cardio work your body is not gaining muscle and we all know muscle burns fat. I suggest trying some weights so you can gain muscle then you can lose more weight. Also as for the eating part you seem to be doing really great. But if you ever feel like binging eat ice it fills you up and you are not hungry anymore but yeah good luck
