You won’t lose 40 pounds in two weeks. It is much harder to take off than put on. Shoot for something more realistic, like 5 pounds a week. It may take longer, but your body will appreciate you being nice to it. You can count calories, that’s what I do. I usually eat around 2,500 a day, so when I diet I drop by 1,000, to 1500. Exercise is key to keeping your skin tight and building muscle underneath so you have a nice toned look. The best way to really see if you’re losing weight is not actually to weigh yourself, but to measure your belly, thighs and arms. When they are shrinking, so are you (Obviously). Muscle weighs more than fat, so your weight may be higher than others for your age and height, but your frame may be different.

The only way to have clothes fit you is by weighing 92 pounds? I find that really hard to believe…

And you cant. Even if you didnt eat for those two weeks, you still wouldnt lose that much weight…

Like vashleighl said 10 pounds is reasonable, and you’ll feel better with even just 10 pounds off…
