looseing da pounds veganly

ok yes, im not a skinny little girl who asks if shes fat just to get people to tell her she isnt [[too many people do that]] lol.

but anyways, I am over weight and I do want to loose it in a healthy fashion.

I am in volleyball and stufff

but I was wondering how much do you think I could loose on a vegan diet? And im talking about the vegans who do cook there food, not the ones who dont.

im no help in this cause I don’t know what vegan is…but you can always do my trick to lose weight… eat 5-6 little meals. exercise regularly–nt just volleyball–do crunches and sit ups and stuff… and some people like me really do believe that we’re fat. I think im overweight, 2…for my height, 5’ , I think that im supposed to weigh like 90 lbs…

no no I know, im already a vegitarian by choice and stuff, and I know what not to eat, like geliten and things like that, I just wanted to know if I would loose weight from it.

Losing weight is not the best reason to become vegan - it’s a health and/or morality issue.

Becoming vegan requires a lot of research - you really need to do your homework or you’re going to set yourself up to become very malnourished.

If it’s simply weight you want to lose, try a low-fat, high-fiber diet.

at 5feet you should be 100 pounds, I just looked it up for ya ;) lol.

im 5’5 and im around 50 lbs over weight. so yes, yes I am. lol
