How long would it take me to fully tone my body?

I’m neither fat nor skinny, I’m somewhere in between but closer to skinny..

Two factors I know of…1) How much tone you have already and how flexible your muscles are now 2) How much time and the extent of your workout. Some people tone up quickly while others take awhile.

  1. What level of physique do you consider yourself now and how much is Lean Body Mass?
  2. What percentage of body fat do you want to be in?
  3. How active are you on a regular basis? (i.e. lazy or intense labor)
  4. What time frame do you have to be desired physique?

Answering those will help you decide how long it would take. For example, if you’re 150lb. and want to be 136lb. by the end of Jan. 2012 then you would need to lose ~2lb./week in weight.
