How long dose it take you to tone up?

Okay so, I run for at least an hour every day, and I really want to get more tone. I weigh 116 btw. I’m just curious as to how long it will take to notice a difference. Just an estimated time would be nice. THANks:]

Err…Don’t run. Just go for a long walk ( A few miles I guess would be fine,) Because running erodes your knee’s over time and eventually you will have problems and will most likely need surgery. So… Yeah, Walk for a good bit of time Roughly 3 weeks is my guess and your legs will slowly tone up.
