If you want to build lats do you do chinups with palms facing you or opposite direction and do do wide grip or close grip

pull ups with palms facing away from you, close grip and wide grip are both good for lats, but wide grip is better

for best results look up the armstrong pull up exercise its one of the best I’ve done to increase pull up #s some marine came up with it and I haev to say it helped me past my plateu for pull ups
