What kind of exercises or stretches can I do to improve my flexibility?

Yoga is amazing and it has done me wonders, in a class is best because it pushes you harder since you are with other people. Otherwise rent or buy yoga tape.

You can do a back bridge but instead of doing it on the groud you should walk it down the wall and toutch the ground and then walk back up

Try going along with what your parents want, or letting your friends decide how you’ll spend your time together. {;^)
