How do i get over my junk food addiction?

idk y but everyday i have to at least have one thing thats junk food please help?

simply don’t buy them and don’t get your parents to buy them!! if you feel it’s an addiction you need to cut back on, research the facts on how junck food affects your body and keep notes on places like the cupboard, fridge, light switch to remind you of your commitment! :) best of luck… last tip… when you crave however, take a bite into a healthy alternative (apple, carrot, cheese cubes..)

It’s hard to quite cold turkey so try getting “healthier” junk food. Like when i was tryin to wright, which i did :D, I was addicted to chocolate cookies so one day i went to the grocery store with my parents picked out some lower calorie junk food nd thts wen i found my chewy bars :D cuz they still satisfy my craving for junk food but they dont have that many calories so just find a substitute for whatever you keep eating

best thing is 2 work in junk food shop fact is that employes of mcdonalds,kfc etc.dont eat much of their food.
