I always have a thing for junk food but its soo hard to resist!! ok when ever im bord I always want to go and eat. And im bord a lot! what can I do other than chewing gum or going 4 a walk?? (they dont work) not saying I have an eating disorder but like honestly, I eat too much
if I were you I would keep healthy snacks lying around, depending on wherever it is you like to indulge, even if its just putting some fruit in your bag before going out, but chewing gum actualy makes you hungry so I wouldnt advise if you have a habit of snacking to often, thanks.
