Can you eat junk food, do cardio, and lose belly fat?

Is it even possible to lose belly fat while not eating right. Well, I’ve been doing cardio for about 2 weeks now and trying to lose my belly fat. However, I only eat junk food so it hasn’t really gone away. I’m getting a little impatient. Should I go see a nutritionist or something? I kind of have the skinny fat thing going on. I just want my belly to go away soon. I know I got to get rid of the junk food, but I don’t know what to eat.

I know that situp bullshit doesn’t help when you got a belly, so don’t even give me advice like that. Don’t talk about pills, or anything of that nature as well because that’s not what I’m looking for.

Anyway, thanks lol. I would appreciate some intelligent responses.

hey, try bakeing a potao, than use a spoon to scoop out all the potato, put the potato in a boll, with buter baken bits, and melted cheese stir it around then put the potato back in the skin. omg it is sooo good. don’t eat too much junky ceareal eat like cheeriose, or kix something like that. And u can easly make good meals like potao, brockli and a hot dog( no bun)idk or somethig, Also saled is very good, some hard letace, a couple carrats, salded dressing. VERY GOOD :) hope i helped

alright, ive been working out for about 4 or 5 months. ive been running for 2 miles each day. i havent eaten any fast food and i rarely eat junk food. ive lost over 25 pounds. most people cant lose weight while eating junk food. your body has a set weight that it wants to stay at, and in order to break it, you have to eat healthy and work out.

well to lose weight the calories you burn off need to be greater than that calories you intake. to maintain weight they need to be about the same. and youc an guess to gain weight you need to alot of calories without burning alot.
