I've been raped help!

heres two choices, no other ones exist. 1. tell someone and be free from the haunting memory or 2. live with it until you choose number 1

first of all … if youve really been raped and your scared you should go the police and get help …

if I was raped I wouldnt be on here writing shit down for others to see id be going to get help from the athourity …

hun, you need to go to the police and tell them what happened if you don’t he very well could do it to someone else. trust me. I was in your situation when I was 9 but it wasn’t my boyfriend it was my childhood best friend and I didn’t go to the police or tell anyone and he done it to another girl and this time she fought back so bad that he almost beat her to death. you really need to deal with this now. I know its hard and you will never get over this it will always be there no matter what. but it does help to tell someone and get it off your chest. I am so sorry this happened to you goodluck

well I was raped about 2 years ago and I never told anyone… and becuse of that I became distant and lost all of my friends. me adn my mom grew distant to and my gradesw dropped.. if you do not tell someone itll be like getting eaten alive from the inside out!! trust me tell someone you trust dearly!! practice telling someong to a stuffed animal or to your self in the mirror.(I no it sounds silly but thats what I did and I eventually gained enough courage to tell my best friend)

go to the police or tell your boyfriends parents or your parents or someone you can talk to and trust. It’s not going to help you if you keep this bottled in.

tell someone. I know it might be hard telling someone because it would be hard explaining to someone but if you dont then you might regret it.
