If you lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time - yes, its possible - you are not actually losing fat, just water and sometimes muscle. To really lose weight you need to diet, exercise, and aim for a loss of only 2 pounds - that is a guaranteed way to lose fat and to keep the weight off. Water weight will just come back.
no seriously…for f*cks sake your alreday underweight and people cant healthy loose 15pounds in one week maybe if they were dead and were having there organs removed or were incredibly overweight and had exerscised hard buit a living person who is already underweight cant not even a healthy person can 1-2 pounds a week at most 15 pounds would take a few months but by the time youd reach that goal, youd be dead because theres hardly enough fat on you to live off of anyway go to a doctor, and get your bmi (body mass index) correctly calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you how underweight you are, and what weight range you should be in
2 pnds in one week, yea rite…I need to loose WAY more than that..im fat as hell, okay im 13 years. 5’3 and I weigh 89 pnds…I cnt only lose 2 pnds a week!!
Its not healthy to lose that much weight that fast. Aim for 2 lb/week.
